O’Donnell Swears Off Big Pharma Money

O’Donnell Will Not Have Conflict of Interest on Prescription Drugs

Saint Joseph, MI—Today, Dr. Sherry O’Donnell, Republican candidate for the U.S. Senate, announced that she will not accept PAC money from Big Pharma corporations.

“Having served on the frontlines of COVID, I saw how the vaccines did not work.  Worse yet, I see patients all the time who are having adverse effects from taking the vaccines.  As the next Senator, I want to be part of the solution for our nation’s problems, not a money-driven re-election machine.  Therefore, I proudly announce that I will not accept any PAC money from Big Pharma.  My loyalties will be to people’s health, not Big Pharma,” said O’Donnell, who treated patients in New York City during the pandemic.

According to the Center for Responsive Politics, her GOP opponent, Mike Rogers, has raised a total of $148,000 from Big Pharma.  $15,000 came from people working for these companies, and $133,000 from their PACs.  Rogers also received $40,000 from various lobbyists representing many different industries.

“The Fauci hearings have exposed many conflicts of interest with government agencies and Big Pharma.  The people need to know that our government is watching out for them, not selling out.  How can we trust cures if our elected leaders and administrations are financially obligated to these companies?  I want to restore trust,” said O’Donnell.

“Moreover, our seniors are being hit daily by never-ending drug increases.  I will do right by our seniors.  I will not sell them out to Big Pharma,” said O’Donnell.
